Thank you for your support!

First of all, thank you for supporting the DHI podcast. We are a listener-supported podcast, and your subscription helps keep this whole enterprise moving forward. Also, as you're a subscriber, you now have access to the DHI Bandcamp library, which includes over 200 episodes not available anywhere else.

On the DHI Bandcamp site, you now have immediate access to a wide range of podcast episodes: some are arranged as magazine-style audio articles, and others are presented as Bandcamp albums, similar to multi-chapter audio books. Some of our deep-dive albums tell a story that is spun out over many hours. You'll also find interviews with artists who helped create Disneyland in the 1950s and artists who helped create early animated films, such as Snow White, in the 1930s. Over decades, I've interviewed nearly 200 key individuals who have worked in animation and outdoor amusements, with some whose work goes back to the 1920s. I've also spent decades creating a unique database, with hundreds of thousands of pages scanned and indexed. Out of these materials--which are still growing--I've been able to create the DHI episodes.

Here are some of the unique series available on Bandcamp. These are all arranged as "Albums," which means, once you click open the title page, you'll find a series of individual parts or episodes. And I might suggest that these are a good place to begin your exploration of the DHI Bandcamp library

* the Unbuilt Disneyland series (featuring stories of never-built attractions, such as Liberty Street, Edison Square, and Chinatown at Disneyland)
* the ongoing Long History of Leota series (which explores the early history of the Haunted Mansion).
* Walt's First Park (the little-known story of an entertainment complex Walt tried to build in the late 1930s).
* The ten-part series on Walt Disney and Riverfront Square, about a massive unbuilt Disney park in the 1960s.
* Dick Huemer and the Early Days of Animation, the multi-part story of one of Disney's key artists from the 1930s.
* The Water, the Wavemaker, and the Secret Hotel (the story of the development of Walt Disney World).
* Ken Anderson and the Origins of Audio Animatronics.
* the full and ongoing AGD (Advanced Guide to Disney) series .
* the full and ongoing Guide to Disney World series.
* and many others.

Again, thank you for helping to support my efforts here. I hope you enjoy the podcast and that the information here deepens your enjoyment and appreciation of Walt Disney, the Disney Studio, the history of animation, and the world of cinematic theme parks.
